Upon reaching out, we'll engage in a targeted Q&A to determine the nature of your challenge. Most challenges can be resolved with the right nail preparation and sticker application. We're committed to optimizing your experience with LOVE thy NAILS.
Product Issues
On the rare occasion that you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we promise swift resolution. Your contentment is paramount. Get in touch, and we'll arrange either a replacement or a refund. We staunchly back the integrity of our products.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window. Regrettably, beyond this period, refunds or exchanges aren't guaranteed.
We request thoughtful purchase decisions as we can't accommodate returns or exchanges based on a change of heart.
All sales are final. Order cancellations attract a 9.5% administrative fee.
Shipping Assurance
Opting for Shipping Protection covers you against loss, damage, or theft during transit. The coverage starts post-checkout and remains until you receive your items. Please note: We can't assure refunds or replacements for any mishaps during shipping if protection wasn't added to your purchase.
If you did opt for Shipping Protection and encounter delivery issues, we'll either send a replacement free of charge or provide a refund for the damaged/lost item.
Ensure you retain and present a purchase proof or receipt for any returns.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and evaluating your return, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your initial payment method within a certain number of days.
Pending Refunds
If your refund seems delayed, please review your bank statement again. If still not visible, get in touch with your credit card provider, then your bank. Occasionally, there's a delay before a refund reflects. If all these avenues have been exhausted and you're still without your refund, write to us at lovethynail@outlook.com.
Discounted Items
Only full-priced items qualify for refunds. Discounted items are excluded from this provision.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrived defective or damaged. For exchange inquiries, email us at lovethynail@outlook.com.
Gift Returns
Items marked as gifts and shipped to you will qualify for a gift credit upon return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll mail you a gift certificate.
However, if the item wasn’t labelled as a gift during purchase, or if the gift-giver had it sent to themselves first, the gift-giver will receive the refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Refunds processed will have the return shipping costs deducted.
If you’re returning items worth over $75, consider a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We can't assure receipt of your returned item otherwise.
